Holiday Tip, Change your Attitude

|

Find yourself heavily stressed out this time of the year? So much on your list of things to do. It often seems like you put too much on your plate—shopping, decorating, entertaining, charities, parties, tree trimming and more—the list goes on and on.

If this kind of activity stresses you out you need to change your attitude. Take conscious note when you’re starting to feel stressed. Slow down. Take a deep breath.

Take one thing at a time. Remember, this time of the year should be joyful and a time to be grateful. If you’re stuck in long lines at the mall or sitting in traffic, or waiting at the doctor’s office for hours, use this time to catch your breath. Have fun–do some people watching or count your blessings.

Your attitude determines your happiness.

Have a great Holiday.

Be your own Champion.

Live your Dreams.

My husband read your book and found it quite interesting. Unfortunatly, he would not give up when he shared part of your story with a minister from Ghana. Perhaps he thought I would shoot him since it was signed copy. Your story is compelling and one that many who are teetering on the edge of their dreams must read. Now that holiday stress is behind us, I believe we can look forward to an exciting year in which your story reaches more hands than you ever thought possible.
